Aubrey Plaza is an actress and comedian born June 26th, 1984. April Ludgate is her role on Parks and Recreation. Her web series debut was The Jeannie Tate Show following the time she performed sketch, improv and slapstick comedy in the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater Plaza. After her debut she went on to appeared as a character in Judd Apatow Funny People and Scott Pilgrim's Vs. World. Celebrate her birthday! Aubrey Christina Plaza was born in Wilmington Delaware the daughter of attorney Bernadette Plaza and financial specialist David Plaza. Both her parents are both English/Irish as well as Puerto Rican. Plaza attended the Catholic girls' school from 2002 to 2006. She then attended the Tisch School of the Arts in New York University. In her senior year of high school, she served as president of the Student Council at the Catholic school for all girls and took part in Wilmington Drama League performances. Plaza has performed improv comedy, and sketches at Upright Citizens Brigade Theater since 2004. There are three theaters: The Laugh Factory, The Improv, and The Laugh Factory in N.Y.C. are all places where she performed stand-up comedy. Plaza has appeared as a guest on E.S.P.N.'s Mayne Street & The Jeannie Tate Show playing the character of Robin Gibney and was also in the role of Ben Schwartz, as well as appearing as Robin Gibney for the premiere episode of Terrible Decisions. In CollegeHumor Troopers, she portrayed the satirical sci-fi character the Princess. Plaza's saxophone debuted in Cassorla Bona Fide, 2014.
